The development of a training program for improving self-efficacy of play therapists

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to improve self-efficacy of play therapists so that they could develop expertise and offer special care to clients. For this purpose, First, research was conducted in 148 play therapists in clinical practice to form training contents. Second, on the basis of the results of literature review and the research, 4 steps training program was developed. This study is significant in that it developed a training program for improving play therapists' self-efficacy on the basis of the factors for training contents required in their clinical practice.
